Soul Life Travel made my third visit to Costa Rica my BEST trip to Costa Rica. I learned more about the culture and had an amazing time. I highly recommend Soul Life Travel.

Our family of 13, ranging from 6-70, had the trip of a lifetime with Soul Life! We found it by goggling “women-owned travel in Costa Rica” and up popped Soul Life! From the beginning, Sadie was engaging, responsive, and knowledgeable. The trip we planned met our family’s needs and more. After our first guides, we were convinced we would not have others who were so good, but then they all were! That is due to the companies she works with—all authentic Costa-Rican owned with many years of experience. They were great with kids age 6-14! Our two favorite tours were tubing on the Rio Celeste and making animal food at a sanctuary. Selva Rústica in Arenal was, hands down, our favorite restaurant. Although we had a couple of glitches, Sadie was on them within minutes. My only caution is that I overbooked tours; make sure to schedule downtime. Sadie is excellent in knowing which tours are better than others. I don’t think anyone can go wrong working with Soul Life!

Soul Life Travel was fantastic in helping us plan our joint birthday trip in August. I think as someone who is used to doing all the research and setting up the itinerary for a trip, it felt amazing to have someone else take this over. I loved their process of meeting and discussing interests in advance and providing a draft itinerary and then taking care of everything once we were settled. We also reached out kind of close to when we wanted to go and everything still worked out perfectly. Sadie and Emily picked great hotels, guides/companies/drivers, and had wonderful free time suggestions. And they do a pre-trip meeting the week of your trip that answered so many questions and made the trip awesome. I loved that we were able to spend time in Black and Indigenous communities and support businesses that were actually local and not just gentrified tourist traps. Costa Rica is a gorgeous place, traveling with Soul Life helps you see everything this beautiful country has to offer from mountains to rainforests to beaches, relaxation to adventure. AMAZING!
